Towards the Self
Relationship With The Self
The connection I have with myself is perhaps the most intimate relationship I could so far establish—well, as far as I am concerned. This is because I know myself more than anybody does. I know what’s in my mind. I know how I feel. In fact, no one knows what I will do right after I finish writing this sentence, except me.

The simple connection I have with you may seem superficial—and is in fact only superficial—simply because I do not know you and you do not know me. I do not know what’s in your mind and I don’t know how you feel. The only connection you have with me is the fact that you are reading this line that your eyes are hitting right now.
What I mean is that the level of connection between you and I may not be equalled with how I connect with myself as a person and with how you connect with yourself with your being.
Knowing Yourself Better Results In A Deeper Knowledge Of The Self
If you know yourself better, then you have a deeper knowledge of who you are as a person, as an entity, and as a unique being in this world. The question “Why was I born?” may appear to be a shallow question to anyone, but if you have a deep knowledge of yourself, that question may lead you to a door where a fantastic world exists—and that is YOU. But you can only discover this if you have a good grasp of yourself as a person.
The Advantage Of Having A Deeper Knowledge Of The Self
The advantage of having a deeper knowledge of the self is that you can defend yourself when rough times come, you can uplift your spirit when you are at the lowest ebbs of your life, you can transform an emotional tragedy into a venue of transformation and success, you can motivate yourself to fly high and be the man you dream of yourself to be.
But before you can realize all this, you have to undergo the arduous process of slowly understanding yourself, accepting whatever limitations you have as a person, and most importantly loving yourself unconditionally.
Aim
This is the aim of this category: to help you motivate yourself—because I believe that when there’s no one else to motivate you, then who do you think will? Nobody, but YOU.
